About the course

Welcome to Math Grade 2 with Appu & Tiger! This course introduces second graders to vital math concepts in a fun and engaging manner, perfect for students, parents, and teachers seeking joyful learning experiences. Includes 8 h 23 min of animated videos and practice sessions.

What You'll Learn:

Numbers - You will learn numbers up to 1000. Animated videos will cover the following topics: Making hundreds, tens, and ones and counting, adding from given numbers, filling in the missing tens and ones, writing the larger number, and arranging numbers in ascending order.

Addition - Learn addition up to the number 1000 with engaging animations covering the following topics: Addition with carrying over, word problems on addition.

Subtraction - Learn subtraction up to the number 1000 with captivating animations covering the following topics: Subtraction with borrowing, word problems on subtraction.

Length (cm m) - Introduction to measuring length in SI units, which are centimeters (cm) or meters (m), includes comparing lengths and solving word problems involving addition and subtraction.

Length (in yd ft) - Introduction to measuring length in Imperial units, which include inches, yards, or feet, involves comparing lengths and solving word problems that include addition and subtraction.

Weight (kg g) - Introduction to measuring weight in SI units, which are kilograms (kg) and grams (g). Learn to measure weight, compare weights, and solve word problems involving addition and subtraction.

Weight (lb oz) - Introduction to measuring weight in Imperial units, which are pounds (lb) and ounces (oz). Learn to measure weight, compare weights, and solve word problems involving addition and subtraction.

Multiplication - Introduction to multiplication with engaging animations covering the following topics: Total Quantity, Grouping and Counting, and Word Problems.

Division - Introduction to division with engaging animations covering the following topics: Total Quantity, Grouping and Counting, and Word Problems.

Capacity (l) - Introduction to measuring capacity in SI units, which is liters (l), includes measuring capacity, determining which container holds more, finding the capacities of two containers, and calculating the difference in capacities.

Capacity (gal qt pt c) - Introduction to measuring capacity in Imperial units, which include gallons (gal), quarts (qt), pints (pt), and cups (c), involves measuring capacity and determining which container holds more.

Graphs - Master basic picture graphs, learn to gather and organize data, and interpret as well as create simple graphs.

Shapes and Surfaces - Introduction, Sorting Shapes, Shape Identification, Completing Patterns.

Area - Introduction, Understanding Area, Comparing Areas.
